On the sponsored plan your screens show your own boards, and between your slides a short Vivida View message with a code anyone can scan to start a board of their own. When they do, that pays for your plan. Nobody else’s advertising ever appears; the messages are ours alone, and they are brief.
It is the same arrangement as our free personal plan, which also carries those messages — except you get the full Nonprofit plan: five screens, three users, mission boards, announcement Slide Boards and the AI builder.
Any nonprofit, congregation, school or community organisation with screens that real people see every week. We ask for the organisation’s name, a registration or EIN if you have one, a website or social page, where the screens are and roughly how many people pass them. A person reads every application, usually within two working days, and we may ask for a photo of a screen in place.
A sponsored account whose screens turn out not to be seen converts to the paid Nonprofit plan at $29.99 a month. If you would rather show no messages at all, that plan is available from the start on the Subscription page.
