Build Your Board With an Expert Beside You

Coaches, trainers, therapists and pastors who work with living boards are listed in the mentor directory. Here is how to find one, make contact, and build a board together that they can follow with you.

Why build a board with someone

A board you make alone tends to be kind to you. A coach asks the second question — “and what actually stops you?” — and the goal that comes out of that conversation is the one you keep. That is the whole reason the mentor directory exists: trainers, coaches, therapists, pastors, teachers and creators who already work with people on exactly these questions, and who use living boards with the people they serve.

A mentor on Vivida View can follow the boards you choose to share with them, live, from their own Mentor Hub. They see what your screens show. They cannot change anything, and they can never create boards in your account. The board stays yours; what you get is a second pair of eyes that knows the method.

Step 1 — Find one in the directory

Open the Mentors page from the top menu. Each listing shows the mentor’s headline, their specialties (life, business and career coaches, personal trainers, nutritionists, therapists and counselors, financial advisors, pastors and spiritual guides, teachers), searchable hashtags, their location, and the boards they have chosen to show as examples of their work. Filter by what you are working on, read a few, and look at the example boards — they tell you how the person thinks.

Every listing has been reviewed by our team before it appears, and ratings from people who work with that mentor sit on the card.

Step 2 — Make contact

Mentors list their own public contact details on the card: an email address, a phone number, their website and social profiles. Reach out the way you would to any coach: say what you are working on, that you want to build a board together, and how you found them. Whether they work free, by the session or on a programme is between you and them — Vivida View is the place the board lives, not a booking agency.

If you already work with a coach who is not listed, send them to the Mentors page. Any paid Vivida View account can list itself in a few minutes.

Step 3 — Connect them to your account

Your mentor has a mentor code. In Settings → My Mentor, enter it. That connects them, but it shares nothing yet: every board starts private. On the dashboard, open a board’s settings and tick “Share this board with my mentor” for the one board you are working on together. Your trainer sees your fitness board, not your family board.

From that moment they can watch the board live from their Mentor Hub — the same board your screens show, read-only.

Step 4 — Build it together

The best sessions are short and spoken. Get on a call, open the AI Board Builder, press Speak it, and talk through the year while they listen; then go through the blueprint the planner proposes together, area by area. The mentor’s job in that conversation is the obstacle and the plan: “what stops you” and “then what will you do.” You drive; they ask.

After the build, the board plays on your screens and they can see it change — a goal marked accomplished, an obstacle rewritten, a photo swapped. Many mentors review the board at the start of each session instead of asking “how was your week.”

What stays yours

Your account, your boards and your billing always belong to you. You can stop sharing a single board by unticking the box, or remove the mentor entirely from Settings, at any time — the board does not disappear from your screens, only from their view. Mentors who bring a client to Vivida View earn a commission from us, never from you; your price does not change.

Common questions

Can a mentor edit my vision board?

No. A mentor watches the boards you share, read-only, from their Mentor Hub. They cannot change an item, add a goal, or create boards in your account.

How much does a mentor cost?

That is between you and the mentor — some work free, some by the session. Vivida View does not charge you anything extra for connecting one; mentors who bring in a client earn a commission from us.

How do I contact a mentor from the directory?

Each listing carries the mentor’s own public contact details — email, phone, website and social profiles. Reach out directly and say you want to build a board together.

Can my existing coach become my mentor on Vivida View?

Yes. Any paid account can list itself in the directory from the Mentor Hub, and once they have a mentor code you enter it in Settings → My Mentor and share the boards you choose.

Can I have more than one mentor?

One mentor per account at a time. You can remove a mentor in Settings and connect a different one whenever you like.
