Looking for a Canva Vision Board? Here Is the One That Plays

Canva makes a beautiful poster of your goals. This makes a living board of them — built from one sentence, carrying a real plan for each goal, playing on your TV or any screen and changing when your life does.

What Canva’s vision board maker is

Canva’s free vision board maker is a design tool, and a good one: pick one of roughly twenty thousand templates or a blank page, drag in photographs from a library of millions, add quotes and affirmations, and download the result as a JPG, PNG or PDF. Canva’s own instruction for the finished board is to print it “then display it on your bedroom wall.” (Canva’s pages, checked October 2026.)

Canva Free covers all of that. Canva Pro, at US$144 a year for one person, adds the AI tools, brand kits and premium content a designer wants. Many of the templates are variants of one layout in different colours and photographs, which is what you would expect of a layout library.

Where a vision board stops being a design problem

A Canva board is a picture of your goals. It is finished the moment you export it, it lives wherever you print or save it, and changing a goal means opening the design, editing, exporting and reprinting. Nothing on it knows what you are trying to do.

A Vivida View board is a living thing on a screen. It is built from a sentence, not assembled from elements. Each area of your life carries a goal written in the WOOP method — the wish, the outcome, the honest inner obstacle, and an if-then plan for the moment the obstacle shows up — which Gabriele Oettingen’s research found roughly doubles follow-through compared with visualising alone. Change the goal on your phone and every screen showing the board changes within seconds. Mark it accomplished and the screen celebrates.

Putting it on a television

Canva has no television app. A Canva presentation can autoplay and loop in a TV’s browser, and signage apps such as EasyTV will push Canva designs to screens for about US$20 per screen per month (EasyTV’s pricing, checked October 2026) — built for lobbies and menus, priced for businesses.

Vivida View was built for the screen first. Pair a television once with a six-digit code and the board plays there with slow motion in the photographs, music per area, and your goals written over the image; the paired screens are part of the plan, not a per-screen fee. It plays on a computer, tablet or phone the same way.

What it costs, side by side

Both have a free plan that makes a real board. Canva Pro is US$144 a year for one person. Vivida View Pro is US$9.99 a month, or 20% less paid annually, and the free plan includes two areas of life with the full method, no card required. (Both prices as published October 2026; Canva’s may change, and the current figures are on each pricing page.)

If what you want is a beautiful poster, use Canva — it is the better tool for a poster. If what you want is a board that keeps working after the first week, on the screen you look at every evening, that is the thing we make.

Common questions

Can I bring a vision board I made in Canva into Vivida View?

Not as a file today. The quickest path is to describe the board in a sentence and let the builder write it — the areas, goals and photographs — then swap in any of your own images. Importing a Canva design directly is something we are considering.

Does Canva have affirmations?

Yes — Canva’s maker lets you drag in quotes and affirmations as text on the design. What it does not have is a goal method behind them: no obstacle, no if-then plan, nothing that changes when your goal does.

Is Vivida View just a slideshow of my Canva images?

No. It is a different kind of object: areas of life, each with an identity statement and a WOOP goal the AI drafts and you edit, playing live with music and motion, updating from your phone. You can upload your own photographs, including ones you designed in Canva.

Which one is cheaper?

Both are free to start. For the paid plans as published in October 2026, Canva Pro is US$144 a year and Vivida View Pro is US$9.99 a month or 20% less annually. Showing a Canva board on a TV through a signage app adds about US$20 per screen per month; Vivida View’s paired screens are included in the plan.
